I was very pleased when I was contacted to collaborate with The Curve Fashion Festival (TCFF) on this post, as I’d always wanted to attend. For those unaware TCFF is a show dedicated to celebrating the beauty of curves. The festival started in 2015 and is now the UK’s largest plus size fashion event. Thousands of women and men come from around the world to enjoy a day of shopping, fashion shows, industry seminars and also have a chance to meet and greet the celebrity guests.
In more recent months I’ve become more style conscious (if that’s what you want to call it!). By that I mean that I’ve been more interested in finding a style that suits me and compliments my body. As a plus size woman, I’ve found it hard to really find clothing that I truly like that suits me. I recently started to follow plus size style bloggers, which really inspired me with my own style.
What to expect at The Curve Fashion Festival
Many of the biggest names on the highstreet and online can be found at The Curve Fashion Festival. Debenhams is just one of the big highstreet stores that will be present this year (and this year’s sponsor). Last year Debenhams brought to festival goers their latest beauty products to shop (you can find them here). This year Debenhams will be helping us with our lingerie! This is definitely something that I’ve struggled with in the past, as finding the right bra to fit or even the perfect shape wear to go under my wedding dress was difficult! At the festival you’ll be able to talk to their Head Designer, as well as see the launch of their new lingerie collection on the catwalk and have a bra fitting!
It’s exciting to see the latest trends and style in highstreet plus size fashion to come at The Curve Fashion Festival this November (Saturday 17th November 2018) in Liverpool. Have you attended the festival before? Will you be attending?
You can find out more information about the festival here.

This is a new one to me, but how great to have a fashion industry event that’s embracing beautiful curves in such a positive and empowering way! It sounds like a wonderful experience 🙂

I’m glad to see that we have something like this out there!
New to me too. Looks ideal for the plus sized woman. Hope it inspires more companies to make more clothes for curvier women.
